One thing that first timers should know is that the pasta is a different texture than most are used to since it’s fresh. I think that’s worth knowing ahead of time so it doesn’t come as a surprise! The food is great here. I’ve only had pasta but the ingredients are fresh, and executed well. In particular, I got a Gorgonzola pasta and the Gorgonzola did not overwhelm any of the other flavors. To me it seems like the people here really take pride in what they do here. Definitely a place I would recommend supporting. ”
